Te explicamos como funciona nuestro sistema, tanto para las invitaciones en vídeo como para las invitaciones en papel.

Video-invitaciones

1) Selecciona el plan que te sea más conveniente.
Contamos con 4 planes: PLAN DVD, PLAN WEB, PLAN PRINT y PLAN CARD. Con el PLAN DVD tendrás tus videoinvitaciones grabadas en DVDs, cada uno con una imagen tuya estampada en su superficie y con su propio estuche; con el PLAN WEB tendrás tu videoinvitación en un sitio web en donde todos tus invitados podrán verla; con el PLAN PRINT podrás imprimir tus invitaciones cuando y donde te resulte más cómodo y con el PLAN CARD diseñamos e imprimimos tus invitaciones junto con los tickets o personales y las tarjetitas para souvenis y te los enviamos junto con los sobres para las invitaciones..

2) Selecciona tu evento.
15 años, boda, baby shower, etc.

3) Completa el formulario de contacto.
Seguramente ya has visto alguna de nuestras demos, por lo tanto al completar el formulario de contacto, dinos cuales son tus ideas respecto de tu videoinvitación. Una vez recibido el formulario de contacto, te contactaremos para informarte más detalladamente como funciona nuestro sistema y solicitarte nos envíes vía email los datos, los textos, las fotos y la música que deseas que incluyamos en tu video-invitación.

4) Envíanos tus fotografías, textos y música...
Recibimos las fotos, textos y música que llevará tu invitación y nos ponemos a trabajar en tu diseño exclusivo. En unos pocos días, y según sea el plan elegido, te enviaremos tus DVDs o subiremos tu video-invitación a la web.

Invitaciones en Papel

1) Selecciona el plan que te sea más conveniente.

Con el PLAN DVD tendrás tus videoinvitaciones grabadas en DVDs, cada uno con una imagen tuya estampada en su superficie y con su propio estuche; con el PLAN WEB tendrás tu videoinvitación en un sitio web en donde todos tus invitados podrán verla; con el PLAN PRINT podrás imprimir tus invitaciones en papel en donde te resulte más cómodo y con el PLAN CARD diseñamos e imprimimos tus invitaciones junto con los tickets o personales y las tarjetitas para souvenis y te los enviamos junto con los sobres para las invitaciones.

2) Selecciona tu evento.
15 años, boda, baby shower, etc.

3) Elige el modelo sobre el que se basará tu invitación o complemento de invitación y completa el formulario de contacto.
Debido a que podemos cambiar las fotos si las hubiere, las fuentes, los textos, la estructura de color completa y si el modelo lo permite, la organización de elementos gráficos, puedes elegir cualquier modelo para cualquier evento. Por ejemplo, podría ser de tu agrado un modelo de invitación para boda mientras que tú cumples 15 años... Pues no hay ningún inconveniente, le cambiamos la fotografía, los colores y los textos y ese modelo queda adaptado perfectamente a tu evento.
Una vez recibido el formulario de contacto, te contactaremos para informarte más detalladamente como funciona nuestro sistema y solicitarte los datos y frase que llevará tu invitación o complemento; asimismo te solicitaremos nos envíes la foto por email si es que el modelo elegido llevará foto.

4) Envíanos tu fotografía e indícanos los cambios deseados... Te enviaremos una prueba para su aprobación o para que nos sugieras los cambios que desees... Una vez conforme te enviaremos tu diseño o tus invitaciones.
Recibimos tu foto, los datos, la frase que llevará tu invitación o complemento y tus colores y tipografías preferidos y nos ponemos a trabajar en tu diseño exclusivo. Te enviamos por email una prueba para que la apruebes o nos sugieras cambios y si deseas que realicemos algunos cambios, una vez efectuados, te enviaremos otra prueba para su aprobación o para que nos sugieras otros cambios... Realizaremos todos los ajustes necesarios a la prueba hasta que estés totalmente conforme con el resultado.
Según el plan elegido, te enviamos tu diseño en alta resolución apto para ser impreso con la mayor calidad o te enviamos tus invitaciones impresas.

5) Si has elegido el PLAN PRINT, imprime la cantidad que necesites en tu casa, en un laboratorio fotográfico o donde te resulte más cómodo.
Puedes imprimir tu diseño cuando lo desees, cuantas veces lo necesites en tu impresora, en una empresa gráfica, en un laboratorio fotográfico o donde te quede cómodo. Puedes hacer impresiones de alta calidad sobre casi cualquier soporte: Remeras, documentos, carpetas, cd's, almohadillas para mouse, tazas, etc.

How does our system work?

Here's how our system works, both for video-invitations and paper invitations.

Videoinvitations

1) Choose the plan more convenient for you.

With PLAN DVD you'll have your videoinvitations recorded on DVDs, presented each of them printed with your photography on its surface and with its own case; with PLAN WEB you will have your videoinvitation hosted on an Internet site, where all your guests can watch it; with PLAN PRINT you will can print your paper invitations where you find more convenient and with PLAN CARD we design and print your invitation cards, thank you cards (or reception cards), gift tags and send them to you including envelopes for the invitation cards.

2) Pick your event from the menu located on the left side of our website.
On the left-side menu of our website you can view a listing of events: sweet sixteen, wedding, baby shower, etc. between which you can select yours.

3) Fill out the contact form.
Surely you've already seen some of our demos, so when you complete the contact form, tell us about your ideas for your videoinvitation. Once received the contact form, we will contact you to explain in detail how our system works, and request you send us via email data, wordings, photos and music you want to include in your videoinvitation.

4) Send us your data, wordings, photos and music...
Once we receive data, wordings, photos and music you want to include in your video-invitation, we start working on your exclusive design. In a few days, and depending on the plan chosen, we send you your DVDs or upload your videoinvitation to a website.

Invitation cards

2) Pick your event from the menu located on the left side of our website.

3) Choose any design to be customized to your personal preferences and fill out the contact form.
Because we can change photos if product includes, fonts, wording, complete color scheme and if product allows arrangement of graphic elements, you can choose any design for any event. For example if you need a sweet sixteen invitation but you like a wedding invitation design... No problem, we change the photo, colors, data, wording and your sweet sixteen invitation looks like you want. Once we receive the contact form, we'll contact you to inform more detailedly how our system works and asking for data and wording for your invitation or complement design; also we ask you for send via email your photo if product includes.

4) Send us your pictures and let us know your ideas... We'll send you a proof and when you are satisfied, we'll send you your final digital file...
Once we receive your photo, chosen colors, favorite fonts, data and wording, we begin to work on your design. We send a proof via email to your approval, if you have any suggestion, we apply changes and send you another proof... When you are completely satisfied with your invitation or complement, we'll send via email your high resolution artwork for you to print (this digital file is suitable for high quality printing) or we send via mail your invitation cards.

5) If you have chosen PLAN PRINT, print the quantity you need at home, photo lab, printing house or where is more suitable for you.
You can print the quantity you need at your printer, printing house, photo lab or where is most suitable for you and also you can print your design wherever and whenever you want on any support: T-shirts, papers, mouse pads, cd's, mugs, etc.
